2.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Attempting to operate multiple accounts under the same person's name, from the same device or from the same IP address will result in all associated accounts being closed.

jay9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated when the offer is launched.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit adds a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, wagering of ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be used only once and wagering must be completed within the specified time limit.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash.
• Operating multiple accounts or engaging in any form of manipulation to claim bonus benefits will result in cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings.
• jay9 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
• Multiple members of the same household or the same device cannot claim the same bonus.

6.1 Bet Cancellation Conditions

A bet may be cancelled or reconsidered in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or system failure
• An event is cancelled, postponed or its rules are changed
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• There is a clear error in the setting of odds

6.2 Casino Games

Results for slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette and other games are determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer system. It is not possible to alter or interfere with game results.

6.3 Restrictions

jay9 sets limits on specific bet amounts and monitors unusual betting patterns. If suspicious activity is observed on any account, jay9 may change that account's betting limits or suspend it for investigation.

jay9's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit, calculated as a fixed percentage of the net loss for the week.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for that week and applying the applicable rate to the resulting net loss. Example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, cashback = ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180.

VIP tier upgrades are based on regular activity and active participation on the platform. jay9 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jay9 and any account found engaging in them will be closed immediately:

• Placing bets using automated software, bots or scripts
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to influence betting outcomes
• Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity
• Operating an account under a false identity or opening an account on behalf of another person
• Sending malicious software to jay9's systems or network
